Well, since they are getting literally NO playing time this season, they may be in year 2, but they still literally have NO playing experience so when and if he does eventually take him off the bench, maybe next season, Isiah is shooting himself in the foot by having these inexperienced 2nd year players playing, when they SHOULD have had rookie playing experience.

Another superb job by Isiah. And certain folks thought Larry Brown handled Channing, Nate and David Lee the wrong way. lmao

Isiah is a snake. Ariza played plenty is his rookie year. Thats because Isiah dislike the roster he was given. Now that the roster is hand-picked, he can't see much time for Wilson Chandler, who is arguably better than Ariza.
lol @ being BANNED by Martin since 11/07/10 (for asking if Mr. Earl had a point). Really, Martin? C'mon. This is the internet. I've seen much worse on this site. By Earl himself. Drop the hypocrisy.

Brown has the distinction of being less wrong than Isiah--I'll give him that much.

Even if Isiah would give them limited playing time and then say, "You know, I just trust the vets towards the end of the game. I just want them to get a little experience". 10-15 minutes a game. I'd be totally cool with that. That's not the case though. These kids are getting NO burn.

How could you tell that after he's played a total of 15 minutes? He's probably very nervous: He's gotta do something truly outstanding in his 5 min; otherwise, he won't get a chance to play for another six weeks.
