1.Pick up 3 players on the cheap IF we do not get pick 1-2-3-
A. JR Smith 3 years 10mm
B Primo Brezec 2 years 5mm$ team option on third
C Draft a C
2. Use draft choice and ending contract to go after a player like MO Williams Ben Gordon i.e Malik rose pick 7 for MO. Use Full front loaded MLE on Josh Childress and LLE on Primo Brezec. In this scenario the guard slot is taken care of--we get a high % player who will fill in for Q[who takes Fred Jones role off the bench] Childress FG% is 20 points higher than Q's and he's longer. Atlanta is going to be cash-strapped
3. Trade pick down for later pick in round + 2010 1st rounder and 2009 2nd Use MLE split on Smith and Brezec[cheap] i.e 7 for 17 stock up on some picks for the future that we lost.
I don't see the Clippers parting with elton Brand + he can just walk if he wants to go to Miami anyway. I'm not interetsed in Ron Artest because an MLE will run him until he's 35 and I don't think he's the way we should go.
Basically Im looking for a good G a good {Smith Gordon Williams] a Good high% SF{childress]
a back up 7 footer and if I dont get a top 5 pick draft the best big man available for the future.
Out--Mardy Collins--cut bust Jerome James[he needs to go] Randolph Morris[does he still play for Knicks?] and possibly malik rose ending contract
Morris is really young... Zeke hates playing rookies --- it would be silly to dump this kid before you know what you have?
"Owning remarkable touch around the basket, Morris hits all kinds of shots from all kinds of improbable angles. He leans, spins, fades and still finds nothing but net, whether popping off his dependable turnaround J, guiding home his baby hook or kissing in his trademark 10- to 12-foot bank shot near either elbow.
But the effortlessness of his game sometimes overshadows his dominance. Case in point: During a matchup earlier this year against Southwest Atlanta Christian Academy superstar center Dwight Howard (another prep big man who’s drawn comparisons to Duncan), Morris ripped down 25 rebounds and blocked nine shots — four above his season average — to go with 24 silky-smooth points. Then in a second showdown with Howard (this time a win), Morris had 25 points, 15 boards and five blocks. “I can’t explain that,” Morris says of his show-no-mercy attitude on the basketball court. “That’s just something basketball does to you. I become a different person."

whoever compared Dwight Howard to tim duncan needs to have their head and eyes checked. Dwight is a freak athlete, and plays above the rim, duncan was never that player.. Anyway, the sad thing is, that we don't know what morris can do, since Isiah won't play these guys. he is still trying to make the playoffs. Instead of rooting for losses, we should root for the sixers and nets to go on a 10 game winning streak and end this stupid ass playoff talk from delusional Isiah....
