I think Sweetney one day will end up playing the SF position for the Knicks. I have a feeling that he will get thinner with time and eventually play at a weight of 245. I think his range will get better with time similar to LJ and eventually play the sf. Lampe will probably play pf and Slavko ends up playing center. This team will be know as the rebounding fools. Of course this is a two year plan.

Thats right. Isn't that what everyone was saying when LJ went out there with Oakley and Ewing. It just so happened that way but the Knicks were winning and no one was caring as long as they won. A lineup of Sweetney, Vranes and Lampe will happen one day.
Vmart I suppose you should not position the players only based on their height! Lampe def. has the height to play PF and Sweetney arguably has not but Lampe's game seem to be much more suited to the SF position(great touch out to three, and nimble enough to guard SFs) while Sweetney's game seems to screem PF!!! Everything based on hearsay of course!

Don Chaney loves his work ethic, GM Scott Layden loves that he showed up for two interviews with the Knicks in a coat and tie, big-man coach Herb Williams loves his ability to get deep low-post position. But the most valued opinion may have come from outside the organization, from another former Georgetown big man.
"I like him. He could play." This is the kind of guys the "SPURS" won with, Good Character and Good work ethic.
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.
