WTF is up with these kids in the village dressing up like its the 80's. I mean I thought it was just a school project or something cuz people are always doing crazy stuff down by NYU.....

But nah man there is a rather large set of kids just straight up rockin rope chains, or 5 finger rings, or the madonna lace/cidy loper puffy skirts......all of that wack **** from the 80's. That **** is so corny. I wish there was a way to slap the **** out of these kids for thinking they were cool.

Theres also people that do all types of corny ****. Lots of dudes are getting dreds, and buying alot of Rastafarian gear displaying the lion and other really hardcore dred wear that actually mean something.....and they have no idea what the stuff mean. It's comical.

People claiming muslim and eating pork rinds!!!!

Like dudes that are over 25 and still dressing like a rap star!!!!

Carrying a guitar or instrument around but cant even play, "oh i'm just learning"....

When I was growing up in the 70's, there ws 50's retroy
In the 80's there was 60's retro
in the 90's there was 70's retro
So in the aughts it makes sense for there to be 80's retro.

Nah man. I'm not talking about retro. Retro is when you rock some old school stuff but flip it new school. You can look cool if you do it right.

Im talking about these kids walking around with the old school boom boxes and all that. You never seen them? NY is soft man cuz back in the days that they are imitating? They would have gotten beat down!
