They could've had a decent period before the trading deadline to evaluate and see what could possibly help improve the teams chances into the future. This year is all over. No team has ever made a playoff 22 games under 500 after 50 games. We started the second half of the season 1-9. We've been awful since IT came here and he never came close to changing it--only made things worse after spending nearly 600mm $. This should not be a Dolan IT thing--this should be a Knick thing and Dolan should give a sht about the fans at this point. He can save face by doing something SOON.

briggs: I have been saying this all along. dolan and isiah are just phuching around with this season. Isiah knows this season is toast and dolan doesn't give a damn. Isiah should have been fired a month ago and a new GM bought in to evaluate this roster before the trade deadline..

I was the first to say he'll be gone by All-Star Break and I'm sticking to it.

I hope you're right, but I doubt it. Maybe if this losing streak has legs.
Can he keep his job if we lose 15 in a row?

As its been said before, our organization defies logic and speculation what either of them are thinking is an exercise in futility.

Dolan is not like the other billionaires......

every thread discussing deals getting down out there, I have said the same thing.

The stakes are getting pushed higher for teams like Dallas- they're being left out while their competition adds talent. A team like dallas could really use a player like Curry or Zach, and if Kidd goes elsewhere or Thorn sticks to his guns, there might not be any deals out there.

Instead, we're stuck with possibly getting Jermaine 'all washed up' O'Neal.
