He may not be flashy but David Lee is just a better all around player than either Zach or Curry. They might have more talent but they are not better players. I think it would go a long way to start Lee over Curry and let EC regain what he can do best[score] against tired first line or second line players. This will keep him out of foul trouble and perhaps we can jump out of th ebox and sustain better. This team is getting very tired in the 4th Q--we need another guard or two who can play as well/

Totally agree. And btw, he is pretty flashy (w/ the possible exception of Camby, I don't recall another Knick big who could dunk in traffic & Lee does it with style).

I personally feel he gts a lot of Kendrick Perkins/Big Baby points. Last night against the Lakers- but watch any game - he continually camps out in the paint and just waits there for someone to see him. As the defense rolls to Craw/Zbo/Nate - he gets easy points.

If Zach Randolph can't jump over a phone book - for being 6'11"- Lee can't jump over two phone books. He runs the break well - but thats because you have to compare him to no skills all energy Balkman, or I am just slightly faster than a melting ice cube Zbo.

I would move them both - before everyone figures this out.

yes. With a little less strength too and maybe a little more mobility and quickness. Could be a better passer but I haven't seen Udonis as much.

I agree that Lee should be getting 35 minutes a night. I also agree that he in no way should be playing behind Eddy Curry. I also think that Lee deserves some rest between his stints, which should heighten his level of play when he is out on the court.

However, I think you could start Jerome James for a few minutes of each half just to set a little bit of a defensive tone, and to keep Lee/Zach out of a little bit of foul trouble. James doesn't really last that long before picking up two fouls, so at most in a given game Lee needs to wait about 6 minutes to get into the game. I think in a lot of cases Lee gets in their after about 3 minutes. Lee then plays a stint, get a rest, and finishes the quarter in most cases. In some cases, you just play Lee for one long stint. Either way, it is best for everyone involved for lee to get his 35 minutes.

Dumbest thing I read was Zach is 6-11 which is about two inches off. Second dumbest is Lee cant jump. Third dumbest Turiaf is better than Lee. If Lee get 30 minutes a game he gets a double-double. Who on this team would you want if you were the GM?

Lee can jump - says who? He has more Blocked against than most of the Knicks players? Look I understand he is 'the golden boy' - a good looking madison avenue type - but don't let all that glamor distract you from his many deficiencies.

He can NOT jump - anyone will tell you he has knee issues and has lost the explosiveness. He can not shoot- we all see that - any shot further than 3 feet - he is as good as Balkman.

He gets the double double mainly because he camps out in the paint - as do other inferior players (and because they don't merit much attention - they get away with it.)
