I've won 7 times in a row and still have not made up any ground on the leaders. It's obvious that I am the greatest 46 point Game picker ever
I just hope that people will like me

I'm pissed that I'm in third. Goddamned matt and playa.

Although, in fairness, two times this season I meant to make an update and didn't catch it in time (due to injury, etc...), just logged on right as the game was starting and couldn't change it. That cost me some points.

Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

I had a rough time because I wasn't positive about my style of picking. But as the season has worn on I've begun to trust myself more and my picks have improved. From here I'm not sure what I'm going to do, but I will always be looking for ways to make my picking better. But this is my first year at this so you can't expect me to be in the top 10 right away. I just want a good showing this year and next year I can start talking about the Gamepicker championship
I just hope that people will like me

I just need time to figure out my methods. I think by losing the first 17 games of the year I bought my self at least a 3-4 year extension before anyone expects me to start winning. And then after 3 years I will be more concerned with moral victories than actual ones. By year 10, Gamepicker is mine.

I think I have a knack for gamepicker. I'm only 5th in overall points right now but I'm sure I'd be higher than that if I hadn't forgotten about gamepicker for the first 9 games of the season. I only started using it on the Nov. 20 Warriors (which I got right ).

But yeah the competition is stiff. I missed the spread last night, and actually went down in the last 5 games rank. Also a 7 game streak is pretty good. I had a 7 game in a row streak a while ago too. In addition to that I've never gotten more than 2 games in a row wrong, and I only got 2 games in a row wrong once. If I can get to first in the overall points standings then that would be awesome since I forgot to make any predictions in the first 9 games.....

I usually pick too many wins to be competetive. THis is the first year I've remembered to make my picks for more than 90% of the games.

You have to put those feelings aside and predict games with cold harsh logic. It works like a charm...

Well.. Want to know my secret? Pick the knicks to lose. A lot. Though these sprinkled wins as of late have made it tricky, I think it's a safe choice

The problem is for me to start making up ground I'm going to have to start going against logic, vote with my luva heart and hope the team gets hot.

Oh well maybe it's easier for me since I don't really want them to win. I'd prefer for them to lose if it increases the chances of Isiah getting axed. That's why whenever I'm not sure of a game I just predict a win. That way if the Knicks win I win because I got gamepicker right, and if they lose I still win because Isiah that that much closes to getting fired.

you had 6-10 huh. i was just the opposite - i had 11-15 and was PRAYING he wouldnt make the heave....it's amazing what makes us happy these days...is it a knicks win...HELL NO! is it winning gamepicker...HELL YA!
