A. Jeez I don't want to hear the Knicks players or management say we are only 5 games out of a playoff spot. This team has been TERRIBLE and the only small success we had this season came at the expense of teams who were 4 games in 5 nights det and wash and teams who had huge leads on us and let their guards down NJ+16 Miami +12 4Q. This team has barely held it's head above water and as a fan I really dislike talking about playoffs. If the Knicks go 26-15 in the 2nd half and EARN the playoffs--thats a different story but at 13-28 and lucky just to have 13--they should collectively shut up and play hard.

B. I do think we should try to see if we can get wally z for jones and malik. IF they are trying to salvage things--they won't be able to do it without another good player who can space the floor for the big guys. Even if we did something to bring in a Ron Artest[who the freak knows with IT right???]. He only has 1.5 on his contract and only slightly elevated payroll next year[and only for that year] He's just a good basketball player--I don't think it terms of offense and defense when you get someone like wally z--he fills the role for this team--a secondary reliable shooter who can help space the floor for our two big men and take pressure off of Jamal or nate.

C. I'm not going to speculate anymore who we should pick where we should draft etc.. until I watch the entire CBB season and see where WE are at the end of 82 games.

D. Unfortunately Im 40 years old today:(

It's ok being 40, you're alive and hopefully healthy that's all that matters.

Our team's head isn't barely above water it's under it.

No we shouldn't try and trade for Wally. No more additional salary under any circumstance unless we're getting a stud or high draft picks.

Happy Birthday Briggs!

I totally agree with A, accept I'm so numb to this team that I plain and simply don't even care anymore this season. Everyday, they just seem to be throwing more and more low blows.

After thinking of it for awhile, I DON'T really agree with B. While I like Wally, I really don't think he would help us improve besides maybe 2 or 3 games.

There's no point in getting worked up for the draft. Isiah sure as in hell has proved that he wont pick what A) The team needs and B) What the fans call for. It seems like he's trying to bring attention to himself by picking out "Diamonds in the rough" when they hardly are that.

Happy Birthday, ya old ****.

I hope you can watch another Knicks playoff game before you turn 50.

happy birthday briggs. I have a just few years before i am 40, but I remember turning 30, I was so worried about turning 30, and for no reason it came to be, because my 30's so far have been the best years of my life... enjoy 40.. just think, there are still guys older than you playing pro sports now...

Happy birthday, Briggs.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.
