Man, I love reading the Post article about Spree going nuts...
While others dragged, Latrell Sprewell ran like a deer during the drill, putting on a show. Once, he took a far-wide angle off the court during a fast break while still keeping up with his group to finish the play. Another time he hit his layup, then ran up a few steps of bleachers behind the basket and still kept up with his mates. Allan Houston, too, looked great, beating his mates up the court.

I just hope the Knicks can work it out and run some this year.

Got to be good that both Spree and Houston looked ready to run... Keep it up VanG... Now if they can get the reb's to start off the break..

The post mentions that Camby, Sprewell, and Houston look in the best shape and that's definetly something to be happy about.
