The alley-oop was sick.

The aftermath? Nate screaming, just eating the crowds energy and spitting it back into the crowd. Balkman flying up court, rising and finishing swinging wildly on the rim.

Anyone got the clip?

Nate has been showing his ****in ass this season.....is he our point guard for the future or what? Either he is or he isn't. Tonight he showed he can be our leader for the future. I know Derrick Rose is our Man Crush but if Nate is gonna be good like he was tonight and this entire season, then maybe we can take our binoculars off the draft and focus on the season at hand.

Is Nate Robinson an elite shooter yet TMS?

Can you say formidable Boston? LMAO!

That was a sick alley. Nate seems to be maturing quite nicely. I still like many of the young players on this team. It's been interesting to see them start to gain confidence in each other again. These wins may be somewhat tainted by tired teams, but they serve a nice purpose for the teams morale.

I don't hate the players on this team. I dislike the way that Isiah handled things this season. I think he blew it by not cutting Jerome and bolstering the lineup with the help we all know this team needed both defensively and offensively. Isiah also messed up things by not having the right gameplan for this team as it is currently constructed. I don't like that he's been reluctant to play the young guys either. Nate certainly has deserved to play more this year and Balk was in Isiah's doghouse for who knows what reason.

I noticed that Isiah has the guards using more Curl plays, which I don't know why it took so long to use that and screens more. This guys is lost sometimes. Isiah wasted so much of this season and it didn't have to be like that. I also noticed that the team as a whole have been gradually getting better at moving the ball. Heck even Zach made some passes tonight. Why did Isiah not focus more on these things starting in camp? We still need to improve the roster, but this team isn't devoid of good talent as some seem to think.

knicks got out to big leads on two tired teams, now I don't want to sound like some in here, the knicks deserve the credit for stepping on the gas and beating tired teams, but I wonder how these guys will react when they play a rested team, that will come out and play the knicks tough early.. history has shown we will fold.... lets see...

30 Nate Robinson, NYK .397

i dunno bro, is top 30 in the NBA elite? Eddy Curry's 11th in the NBA in FG %... does that make him an elite C?

Nate's really picked up his game this year tho, i have no arguments w/u there... for that reason i'll concede to you what i debated last week about Nate being an acceptable starting solution for this team... at this point i have much more fun watching him on the court than i do most of our other G's, so i'd have no problem seeing him starting games til we find a permanent solution at PG... still don't think he's best suited to be a starter tho... i like him much better off the bench as an energizer leading the 2nd unit.

I agree with you bro.

I'm just looking for something to cheer about man. Nate looked great tonight.....he finished with 8 assists but I'm watching Knicks in 60(something I haven't done after watching the whole Knick game earlier) he had like 5 other assists that got screwed due to a foul or guys not ready for that pass.

Go Nate Robinson!

Stats don't show how automatic everytime he gets a wide open opportunity. It also doesn't show the deep shots he makes as the shot clock is running down. Also, what is Nate's percentage the last 10 games or so?

You gotta put on your Nixluva glasses TMS!

it sorta sucks in its own way... we're actually winning games... just our luck to improve just in time to guarantee yet another crappy lottery pick.

I don't think you can really worry about that. If it was meant for us to have a top pick, we will get it. Boston tanked last year and ended up with the 4th or 5th pick. Orlando fought to get in the playoffs a few years ago and ended up with the top pick. So there are no guarantees either way, but obviously we have a better chance if the team loses.

My big thing is IT needs to play the young guys. Whether they win or lose, we need to give Nate, Lee, Balkman, Collins, Chandler, and Morris some minutes to see what they can do. How can we plan for the future, if we don't know what our young guys can do. Hopefully, Steph has surgery and we can give Nate and Collins some minutes at the point for the rest of the year.

i hear that... it's been fun watching the young guys get some burn the past few games... i can deal with the results of the game whatever they may be if Isiah played our young guys, & that INCLUDES Morris & Chandler... sit Curry or Zach the hell on the bench & give Morris some burn... sit Q Rich & let's see what Chandler's got... when i see Nate, D Lee, Jamal & Balk on the floor at the same i notice this team plays its best team style basketball w/the most energy & enthusiasm... that's the type of play i wanna see... i don't wanna see guys worried about how many touches they're getting & then end up jacking up ill-advised shots whenever they touch the ball & pointing fingers at each other when there are defensive lapses.
