Layden is sort of starting some hype with his latest interviews. He sounds like hes sitting on something big. Is he just being positive or is he going to suprise us for the good tommorow?

Hopefully a good surprise, we could use one around here. I will keep my fingers crossed.

The big news is... he trades up and drafts.... Kaman!!!!

man if only last year we would have held onto nene there would be some hope. Well tommorrow is supposed to be all about injecting new hope, that is until we see layden's next move.

Layden has rolled the Dice before and crapped out for the 2002-2003 season, now he has a better grip on the dice with the 9th and two 2nd Rd picks with Latrell mewell dangling by a cornroll each day. This draft night will mark the re-birth of the knicks. Like Greg Anthony said last night: Knicks are not that far away from getting back to the top of Eastern conf. A healthy Mcdyess would have shut up all the talk about 'NENE" and exposed Kenyon Martin in playoffs by an eastern conf foe!
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

DO you have any idea how big an "IF" a healthy McDyess is? He may never play again and if he does, after two and half years off and all the injuries, will he be the same EXPLOSIVE player he once was? It's almost like saying a healthy Grant Hill... it doesn't mean anything.

HAHAHAA!!!! I can't stop laughing at playa's post..LOl.. come on playa, like Pike said, Dice is a big "if" and if he comes back will he be the same player? Will that Knee hold up? Will he be as confident mentally? those are too many big questions to base a season on. And lets face it, Layden doesn't have a hold on a damn thing, he made a bad deal, thats all dukes, nene will be a very good player in this league and as much as I hate that scrub Kenyon Martin, right now there is not a damn think Dice can do to Kenyon... to be honest and it hurts me to say this, but if Dice can be 80% as productive as Kenyon Martin is right now, I will be elated and suprised as hell!!!

BTW: what does Greg anthony know about the knicks. He still looks like a fool when I think about him running on the court during the fight in Pheonix with that ugly azz shirt on..LOL!!!!

Of all the great and tragic moments this franchise has had, I'm pretty sure Greg Anthony is the only one remembered for his attire more than anything else that happened! That was on OOGLY shirt!

You guys are nutz, Greg Anthony was one of the "FEW" Knicks who stood toe to toe with "AIR JORDAN" and didn't back down. How many times did Ewing, Sprewell or oAKLEY STAND UP TO HIM. GREG WAS A TRUE KNICK HE HELPED BRING NY BACK TO THEIR FEET IN THE EARLY 90'S. His analysis has been pretty good so far better than vandummy's

Thats absolutely true. It's funny watching greg now because he was a punk at UNLV and for the early Knicks. That being said he was a nice piece of the pie that started the Knicks back to prominance. He wasnt great but he was a Riley tough guy who played very tough D and helped changed the tide for this team while he was here. The Pheonix fight was his undoing for this club and we went in a different direction.

He was a good back up guard who played tenacious defense. He was clearly better than anyone currently on the roster at the position... of course that's not saying much.

... I just post what I believe and react to what's written. I liked Anthony as a player.. and commentator... he's a smart guy.

Of course, he wasn't the savior you make him out to be.... HELPED BRING NY BACK TO THEIR FEET... HAHAHA... I'm still laughing.

When i said helped i meant helped. Savior? That was Ewing's role. Greg was a small guy who stood up to the MVP OF THE LEAGUE JORDAN, and you think that didn't help shape KNICKS into the team KNOW TO HAVE a rep of being tough minded and gritty.. I beg to differ my friend.

As I said, I liked the guy... in spite of you feeling the same.
Layden is going into draft very confident
