Whoever predicted this team would be this bad this year?!
Are they really the worst team in the east?
Tell ya what, a high lottery pick + Wade will still be a great foundation for the future tho.
What's their cap situation like? When does Shaq come off?

Shaq is pretty much done. Mourning is done. Wade's gimpy. White Chocolate is gimpy. Riley brought in Smush Parker, Ricky Davis and Mark Blount.

So really, if they manage to dump Shaq, they're in great shape to make a splash in the free agent market. Imagine Wage + LeBron + second pick in this year's draft.

Miami is in a great spot right now......they can lose while resting Wade.....if they can trade shaq? Wow man. They don't even need to trade shaq really. He can stick around and just rebound and play defense. If somebody wants him then hey......gotta do it.

Question of the year.....who do they take? Micheal Beasley or Derrick Rose. Miami has plenty of young swingmen. Not such an easy choice imho.

1. Go to the site (hoopshype.com for this info)
2. Make the browser window of the shape you want
3. Alt+printScreen to copy the selected window to clipboard
4. Open paint (or other apps) and paste the picture
5. Save somewhere on the local drive
6. Use solution you prefer (I am using Photobucket.com) to upload the picture. Membership is free and this is great site.
7. photobucket.com provides the link which you can post using Image button on UK.

I don't know if I will be able to do it on the laptop Im on right now since printscreen isn't enabled and I don't have a printer hooked up to it. But I understand what your saying on how to do it.

they really aren't... look at all those empty roster spots they still need to fill, & they are already at the salary cap threshold as it is... they won't be able to sign any significant free agents next year or the year after unless they can dump Blount & Haslem... both Shaq & Wade are huge contracts that really limit their other options for the next 2 seasons.

Difference between us and them is they'll lose enough to get a top pick and wait it out to rebuild while we will win enough to get a lower lottery pick and do some quick fix crap that will again set the franchise back 4-5 years.

Miami can do anything they want pertaining to losing , they just recently won a NBA World Championship ! Not to many teams can say that in the 2000's
