the Isiah i remember was a scoring PG, pretty much in the same mold as Steph, only he was a leader on his team & inspired his teammates to play to a higher level... remember that epic battle he had vs. Bernard King?

Posted by TMS: The same mold as Mabury? Hell no. He scored but he was passing point guard. You have years that Isiah was getting 11 assists. There is no way he should be compared to Marbury in passing. Isiah gave the ball exactly where his teammates needed the ball. Isiah went along time being the third or even 2nd in the all time assist record before his injury. If Isiah wanted to, he could have averaged 30 game. BigC's Knick blogs and Knicks
