I see no game thread yet so I'll go ahead and make one.

And believe it or not, this is the 4th and final game this season against the Bulls.

Silver lining: at least our losing tonight's game doesn't increase the value of the Bull's pick, but our own.

I'd be surprised if we lost tonight. Yeah, that sounds silly, but we're due to win a game and an effort like that against the Spurs would do it because Chicago is pretty banged up today - Gordon, Wallace, Nocioni all have some sort of ailments or illnesses that kept them out of practice.

Ok, I might have bought that reasoning if it weren't for the Sac game last week.

Yeah, true.... but we're also inconsistent and since we've already had one 8-game losing streak this season I can't see the Knicks showing signs of dependable consistency and matching that by losing tonight.

That would only be true if they went out and won the next one. Nah, I see this one going to like 13 or so.

You know what we need to sticky? A "Do Not Watch The Knicks Anymore" thread. You could make it off topic and we talk about other things and try not to acknowledge the Knicks existence. You will be allowed to look at the final boxscore but not the actual game footage.

yes...here's an excerpt from my journal when i was following him around:

January 31, 2006 -

The Lakers are in town. MSG is going to be rockin' tonight as all the players are getting ready for this prime time affair. I see Marbury lacing up his $150 sneakers. I see rookies David Lee and Channing Frye checking out Beyonce's myspace page. I see Eddy and Jerome are having their weekly debate on whether the Big Mac is indeed better than the Whopper. But then i look in the corner of the lockerroom and I see a heated discussion. It's between Quentin and Nate. I'm not sure what the problem is but as I try to inch closer, I hear the tension in their voice. It's getting to the point where it may become physical. The other players in the lockeroom perk up and take notice when suddenly Quentin throws Nate across the room. Nate leaves the room screaming "That ain't right man...that ain't right...you livin' foul..." At this point Quentin screams back "I don't care if you're rockin' the blue Jordan's...I'm wearing the orange headband today mofo..."

Queenie, could you tell me how many times Q had a good game this season? Stats included.

Dj could you tell me the reason why he had these good games? Details?

King, could you imply that something is going on and then leave us hanging. Please make sure its a cliffhanger that sparks civil uproar amongst the UK faithful.....

Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnd........GO!
