Somebody today brought up the fact Isiah said he benches guys due to match-ups......

Q: Why that's bad?

A: Because you are telling a player that they suck and can only play well in certain situations.

That also just says that the coach has no vision or game plan for his players. He doesn't believe they can win. How can he if he is saying to his players that they can't play against certain teams.

Or for the sake of Q.....who started the rumor that Q is a good defender? Was it that game against Kobe where Q held him to 30 something pts instead of 50? Who said he was a good leader? The day he kicked the scorers table after screaming at his team for not bringing it? All the while he was having a terrible game?

Isiah has to stop playing him. On defense the guy runs hard back on defense and always ends up in the paint while his man is spotting up @ the three point line. How often has Q gotten boards only cuz its impossible for his man to box him out from the 3pt line on the opposite side of the court.

Isiah has to stop talking about championships and try to win 4 quarters of basketball. He is being thoroughly out coached nightly.

Basic basketball at least in my eyes is attacking. You don't play to match up with the other team. Fuck the other team! Let them worry about stopping us!.....and let the game plan and communication work itself out on defense. My defensive tactic would be to not "dip" every single time a dude gets a pass inside or drives. My "philosophy" would be "arms length" that's how far I want you to be away from your man at all times. Period. That would end the 3pt barrage the knicks get beatdown by every night.

Isiah has got to help Craw, Marbs and Nate score more easily also. What's the ****in point of having Zach if you aren't gonna make him set screens galore. With the passing ability of our guard Zach can roll all day inside or out. At the same time....why does Craw have to dribble himself silly just to score? Send Craw over a double screen and let his creativity make "the amazing happen".

Marbs needs a guy setting up to pick a dude while he has a full head of steam. It would be nice for Marbs to get layups without having to get body checked every single time.

Chicago is next.....Ben Gordon and Hinrich would be all screwed up if they had to fight around Zach and Curry all night. As a team they are short and long. They want to get turnovers with help defense. Curry and zach can destroy anybody on theem inside.....key is how do you stop their guards from resting on offense just waiting for 3pters? How do you stop their worthless defenders from making Curry lose the ball? You can't play sitting duck against anybody. Curry moving towards the basket and Zach picking and rolling is a nightmare for Chicago. Again making Hinrich and Gordon work hard is also key. Again not just with Craw crossing over all night but making Ben and hinrich eat screens like crickets in the summer time.

Blueseats.....you coach right? How do you feel about what I'm saying?

So we are picking and they are rolling.

Eny, I concur on the lack of a proper Scheme for the players we have. I can't for the life of me understand why with such HUGE guys as Curry and Zach, we can't run more screens. Jamal is golden on Curls, so why stop using them? Steph is an excellent pick and roll guy and we have Zach and Curry who can catch anything near them. It's sad to watch how simplistic our offense is. No defense has trouble against us and they would if we used our players strengths better.

I thought Isiah had a clue, but I was wrong. He talked a good game and I was with him on the type of offense he said he was gonna run, but WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT OFFENSE? Where is the motion, screens, picks and rolls, give and go's, the triangle and early offense? This is a joke.

That Isiah totally flips his lineup due to matchups is a testament to the fact that this team has no identity, no personality, no core set of values that defines the team.
