id probably pay off all my credit card bills with that large paycheck. But thats besides the point. But this is what id probably do with the pick.

Thats wishfull thinking. That trade would do a lot for the Knicks but I fail to see what Chicago gets out of it.

I would keep all three of our picks and stick mainly with US players. We have gotten burned too many times by the European's.

#9 --- Maciej Lampe/Chris Kaman --- Only because Bosh wont be there

#30 --- Badiane/Josh Howard --- One of them will be there


#39 --- Walton/Kendrick Perkoins --- Believe it or not, Waltons projected to be down there

If you replace Ward with Travis.If the Bulls buyout Ward contract they get even more cap space along with getting rid of Robinsons contract and another Lottery pick to get a PG who has potential close to Jays.

Chicago could be looking at big FA money. 2 great rookies

KNicks get a cerified stud. and big athletic forward they need. A Chandler + McDyess tandem could be dynamic even if McDYess returns just 80% the player he was. He is expected to make a full recovery.

Just like last yr trading deadline, nobody wants knicks present players, they will finally take on a draft choice this yr. A BIG MAN Kaman or Lampje. Watch how clones will come in here and start whinning + crying about we should have taken Ford ( especially if he blows up and complain how slow Eisley and Ward is. AND FOR THAT I LAUGH AT YOU ROFL (Looking at a cup of coffee). ARMCHAIR GM'S WILL BE IN EFFECT FRIDAY MORNING

playa: cut it out man. No one will be whining about Ford!!! If he blows up good, but no one here wants ford with a lottery pick... The guy is 5'8 and 160 pounds soaking wet!!!

no fault in drafting LAMPE to replace SPREWELL !!! Now with the 30th pick he takes TROY BELL !!! the 39th pick he takes VRANES !!! Trades MILOS in a package with EISLY to get rid of EISLY'S contract. Trade KT in a package with ANDERSON to get rid of his contract. Trade SPREWELL to get a soft shell taco & a sprite !!!

If Bell is on the board at 30 and he doesnt grab him I think everybody will beat him down. At #9 he could pick from maybe 4 players and NYers would be relatively satisfied.

You guys really think Troy Bell is gonna last that long? After we have seen the kid who plays for the Bucks and Mobley + others who were drafted in the 2nd rd AND BLEW UP IN THE NBA. Boston might pick him up at 16 or 20 watch and see. NY is not the only team drafting on thursday.

Bell's going to be one of the key "steals of the draft". Some smart team (like the Lakers) will scoop him up.
