I didn't see the game and didn't even know this happened until I saw it on NBA.com today. Did anybody see when this happened? Was it that bad that it warranted a suspension??

It's pure garbage. They're trying to say now that the Headband ended up hitting an official. Still that's really going overboard. Being ejected was enough for that kind of action. The league is just taking a hard line cuz the Knicks are such an embarrassment. Heck I was shocked they even ejected him for it. I thought he was just gonna get a Tech.

DAMNIT!!! I want the Knicks to lose (ping pong balls, baby!!!) and Randolph not being able to play really, really hurts this cause.

Nah, last year the same thing happened. Somebody threw a headband - they claimed it wasn't even at an official - but the league reviewed it, determined it was at the official, and suspended the player. I don't remember specifics.

That being said, I didn't see the play so I don't know if he threw it, dropped it, whatever.

He flung the headband in a sideways downward motion and it was in the direction of a ref.

i remember the play. i'm shocked he got suspended, i understand the ejection since it must be in the rules you can't do that but it barely warranted that penalty.

that said, come on zach, grow the **** up. that's why you don't do something immature and stupid like that after a simple foul call. the guy does something every time he gets called for a foul. it's sad.

Seriously, who cares? its not like we're gonna beat the Spurs with or without Randolph anyway. We couldn't even beat Minnesota earlier this year. We consistantly get blown out by double digits. Oh yea, have we even won a road game this year?
