Isiah has to go...DUH! Of course he does but its gotten to the point that it is an unhealthy environment for every person...the fans, the players, the whole arena. It is borderline abusive to every person associated or who associates with this team.

We can talk about the players, we can talk about contracts, we can talk about trades, etc. I DON'T EVER THINK THAT WITH ISIAH AROUND WE WILL EVER STOP HITTING NEW LOWS. Things get worse with every day Isiah is still associated with this team. There is ZERO accountability for the LOSING and that's because no one is holding Isiah responsible for anything. Not even just his GM work/blunders, but for his coaching and his ability to lead or instill any iota of respect for the game of basketball.

This team is immersed in this culture, a culture facilitated by Isiah. There is zero consistency in his methods and there is zero trust. He HAS to be removed. I feel like everyone will just exhale. He has created a rift between the team and himself, a rift between the team itself, a rift between the fans and himself that is ultimately projected on to the team. They all know EVERYONE wants him gone and I think they know he has to go to.

Isiah Thomas needs to go, not because he F'd up the team or the salary cap or made bad trades, but because he just brings BAD karma around. This team will never find any sort of lucky break with this guy around. How much deeper can rock bottom go? With every practice and game for the next 4 months, this team is going to keep falling. Its starting to take a real toll and you can see it. These players along with THE FANS are crying for change.

Getting on Isiah right now is done. It really sounds like he either

A. Is borderline crazy
B. Is edging to get fired

There is nothing else the media or the fans can do to Isiah. What the media has to turn it's attention on is Dolan. Put some pictures of him on the backpage "With he could care less" with a hundred dollar bill sign and the Forbes listing of the Knicks. Show that he knows nothing about basketball--that he could care less about the paying customer. You have to hit Napoleon--that is the only way right now--he is the worst owner is sports history an embarassment to NY the Dolan family and himself. It's comical watching him putting his hands over his face. Show a picture of Isiah pulling him with strings like a puppet--you have to get to this guy and hard. The media is the fans only hope.

I agree Isiah has to go.

Isiah the player led the pistons to two championships. I don't doubt his ability to compete and lead.

It has not translated well to being a GM. He's done OK with picks, pretty much horrible with trades and abysmal with the use of the MLE.

Last year I thought he was an OK coach. I think things have degenerated this year and I'm not sure why.

Dolan is part of the problem and he needs to be the one to take responsibility. He needs to step forward, and say he was the one responsible for many of the 'win now' moves that were made.

He then needs to remove Isiah from being GM- I think you could keep Isiah on as a head of scouting type title- and then pick someone who has ultimate authority to rebuild, even if the plan takes twenty years...

It's been a toxic meltdown from the day Marbury was declared the second most important person in the organization and Chaney was made to lead practice and then led out by security.

This should have been handled in the Brown season, at the latest.

Isiah already made his legacy in NY.
Legacy of Losing, Disgrace, Mockery, and Failure.
This is not even a horror movie. Even horror movie has the end, Isiah is immortal.

Ya know something blue, I'm kinda really enjoying this. Although it should have happened 3 years ago, but maybe 3 years ago would not have been the right time for what needs to be done. You and I both know what needs to be done and now, it's so bad that Dolan can't sell the partial rebuild anymore. I mean he can, but sooner or later the Garden will be empty. The gullible ones and even the kiddies have finally caught on. But it's still mind boggling how long it has taken for the media and the fans to turn on this team. A blind termite could have told you there wasn't a chance in hell we would win with Marbury, Curry, Crawful and now Zach. Just look at that group of four. My GOD, who in their right mind would trade for ONE of those losers, let alone all four?

As my screen name said 2 years ago and no one listened, the time has come. I gave up my season tickets 2 years ago after 12 years and have not attended a game since. I saw the circus then and it is worse now.
It makes me sooo sad to see this storied team like this. I dont mind losing if my team plays tough and makes every team struggle in the garden. I had enough 2 years ago and now this is a complete circus. The question is what do we do???? I dont know myself we are so screwed with player options that this dbag gave out that cap space will not be an option. I say fire this dbag and let Herb coach for 2 years. do not sign anyone and let the young kids play. Lets take it on the chin for 2 years and get 2 lottery picks and build from there.

I want to leave something that's going to stand for a long timeI want to leave a legacy,I want to leave tradition.I want to leave an imprint,a blueprint in terms of how people play, and how they coach and how they respond when they put on the Knick uni.

I think Isiah should stay. Rome wasnt built in a day. These things take time. He had very little talent to work with, and look at how loaded our roster is.

If the Knicks keep effin up, that new voice is going to be Marv Albert, the YES network, and your Broooklynnnn Nets!

Man, the Knicks are so lucky the Nets arena isn't going to appear until the next decade. If the Brooklyn Nets opened the Barclay Center in '09 I really feel that they would own the hearts and minds of a lot of New Yorkers, including the bulk of the young kids here just getting into basketball.

But since Isiah ain't leaving until a championship, looks like Rod Thorn and Co. have plenty of time.

I think the only thing we can do is hope that the Nets come to Brooklyn and play really well and hope that some Knick fans switch to the Nets. Dolan will certainly notice empty seats the Garden, that's for sure.

It's pathetic that we have to hope for the freakin Nets to move to Brooklyn successfully... I HATE THE NETS!!!

Isiah is just posturing to keep as much money.

He must say one thing but the team has clearly turned him off.

THis is coach dangleing part two. Larry was left to twist and say somthing to get fired. Isiah is just being careful.

Isn't sexual harassment enough these days to get canned with reason?

New voice? This team needs new players. A new coach isn't getting wins out of these losers.
