Which Isiah is Worse? Coach or GM?

This is a tough one at this point in the season. Isiah was an awful GM, much worse than I expected. Despite that, when he came on as coach, he had success in Indy, so it seemed like he might be a good coach. He's absolutely been terrible at that too. So it seems, coaching wasn't his strength either. So here's the question: Is Isiah a Worse Coach or GM?
Coach - His coaching efforts have been worse than his GMing
GM - His GMing efforts were worse than his coaching
Tie - Too close to call.

I think the coach is worse at this point. Isiah is one of he few coaches that actually gets into fights with players. He is one minute buddy buddy with the players and the next minute he wants to rip their heads apart. Coach Eyebrows is also one of the few coaches to ever have a private meeting about a player playing with the team and then change his mind. Meetings about a player playing should only be held with the assistant coaches. Then you have players cursing Isiah out and still remain in the starting lineup with no penalty.

Herb Williams can do a better job with less talent.

Let's be serious. He sucks at both. He has no business doing either.

I actually voted for I SAY UGH the coach because he may produce the worse season in Knick Franchise History. He's the worst at both BY A WIDE MARGIN. When LB was trying to sabotage, yet he's trying to win at all cost.... it's a wrap and an indictment on his coaching.
