SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Sacramento's Ron Artest could face possible surgery this week to remove chipped bone fragments in his right elbow, a team spokesman said.

Artest missed his second straight game Sunday against the Phoenix Suns. The Kings are 2-7 without him in the lineup.

He is averaging 19.1 points, 6.1 rebounds and 4.3 assists in 19 games this season. An eight-year veteran, Artest missed the first seven games this season while serving a suspension. He also didn't play in a Nov. 21 game in Phoenix because he was visiting his ailing daughter.

If you can move someone while the guy is injured and clear a contract like jamal crawford who has played well it might be a great move.....

I really would like the Knicks to try to move him to the heat for Ricky Davis and Jason Williams. Jamal is not helping this team win games and the cap flexibility is an asset the heat are desperate they will do anything he would help them.

I'd also love to include Eddy Curry for Udonis Haslem. Maybe Miami can be fooled into thinking that Shaq can teach that fat slob something.

I would love to send both of them down there, perhaps riley would do it, not a bad deal for them to be honest. Love Haslem and he is very tradeable as well.

Thank god, now I don't have to worry about Isiah starphucking, atleast not with Artest.

Artest is not a starphuck i don't understand why people say that......

Francis, Marbury, Curry, Rose, Taylor, Zach (none of which are a top 40 player)

All these players have something in common none of them ever led there teams, artest might be crazy but he is always in the playoffs lead the johnnies to the elite 8 and gave the spurs all they could handle.

Artest happens to be a top 15 guy in this league good at everything and perhaps the best defender in the entire league, how that is starphucking I don't know....

He is crazy enough not to be signed to a big time deal so there is little risk. So he gets fed up and fights someone big deal.

Thats a pretty solid unit and allows marbury to drive the ball and get zach some touches

It's a starphuck as long as we keep bringing in these guys that we can't build around. Artest is a nice player, but his insanity does not let you build around him and therefor a starphuck. We don't need to be bringing in guys like Artest, not now.

Ron Artest is not Michael Jordan. He alone is not going to help this team. Stephon Marbury and Zach Randolph are one dimensional, overrated and cancers. David Lee and Renaldo Balkman are backup's.
