I just wanted to be the first to wish Isiah Thomas a very Happy 4 year Anniversary as the Lord of the New York Knicks.

I have to be honest and admit that I was a bit skeptical at the beginning. I was concerned with his abject failure at everything he's had his hands on since he retired as a Hall of Fame player. I also thought that he was too much of an arrogant megalomaniacal ******* to make it in NY. Boy, was I ever wrong.

Things couldn't be better for everybody associated with the NY Knicks. From their management, to the players, to the fans and to the great city that they represent, this will truly be seen as a Golden Age in NY Knicks basketball.

As Isiah so eloquently put it earlier today, "I like the direction we're headed. Cost-wise we're down. Talentwise, we're up. We've done a good job in putting people in the seats." Who could argue with any of that?

So happy anniversary Isiah. You've really brought the pride back to the Knicks.
If it didn’t work in Phoenix with Nash and Stoutamire... it’s just not a winning formula. It’s an entertaining formula, but not a winning one. - Derek Harper talking about D'Antoni's System

His best team was Scott Layden's, after he pulled the trigger for Stephon Marbury. Of course Thomas ****ed that up, but whatever. At least he drafted Channing Frye and the plethora of great, young talent on the roster. He also gave me Mo Taylor, Steve Francis, Jerome James, Eddy Curry, Jared Jeffries, Zach Randolph, and some vomit in my mouth.

Who the hell needs Lenny Wilkens or Larry Brown when you have Isiah motha ****in Thomas plotting a course. The man learned to be a GENIUS in Chicago. Damn, that place is tough.
