Yes, yes, I know, silly topic and I agree but what the hell. I like stats and here's a stat post.


Here's what the Knicks must do to make the playoffs. Pick a win total you think is necessary and take a look at what this team must accomplish. In short they have to play like a near elite team.

Cleveland, who is in 8th right now, is 11-15. If that were to hold that would mean a 35-47 record would make the playoffs. Now, I think that's going to change I think in the end the 8th seed will have at the very least 38 victories. I'm actually surprised I had thought it'd be 41 this year since it was 40 last year. We'll see...

Meanwhile, I blasted Hollinger for suggesting the Hawks would be the 7th seed this year. Guess what? They're in 7th place with a 13-12 record.

Guess what part two? Portland is the 8th seed in the west right now at 14-12. I doubt it lasts but it's still interesting to see them reel off 9 consecutive wins.

For all of those who love Zach Randolph --- he was traded for Frye and that team took off after doing so in comparison to their prior year. We, meanwhile, are actually worse than last year so far.

Not only that the Zach trade has forced something new: Curry has fallen apart and must be removed from the roster so Zach and Lee can do their thing. Nice goin' Isiah! But hey, we blew out the Cavs, it's like someone just gave birth to the Knicks and everything that's transpired up until yesterday was a past life.

the knicks need to get there self
respect back before they think about playoffs

if he did he wouldn't be playing guys like qrich
curry steph until they showed they want to win
play morris i feel bad for this guy
all around better player than curry
yet he cant get garbage min
he only has one yr left
i know he wont resign not the way he's being treated

They are not capable of going 31-26.
