This is a quote from Isiah during his press conference. 7 foot 300 lb athletic behemoth gets 2 rebounds and the coach says "he did his job tonight"

Part of the problem? Did LB know what he was talking about?
I just hope that people will like me

He did his job? What's his job? Making sure all the food in the locker room is spoken for before the team departs? We don't want to waste any food now...

He did throw in there "It's those other things that are killing us" which IMO he's trying to highlight turnovers, offensive fouls, not being in position to make a play..... all those things can be attributed to EY's lack of a complete game.

If he just call our Spades SPADES instead of Puzzyfooting around everything he actually might get through to a couple players.

Why at every moment LB somehow gets an honorable mention...The man guided the team to 23 wins and somehow he is still thought to be a god here...somehow...

Why is it Everyone but HOF coahces get Mulligans for producing ****ty results. Damn you were apologizing throughout the whole game thread for the team last night while Dunleavy was Teen Wolfing us with no Mercy.

LB, Lenny, Cheaney, Herb got essentially 1 chance, everyone else..... well they get Jesus mercy "forgive your brother not up to 7 times but 77times."

Players who ... had as many or more boards than Eddy Curry last night
By Kelly Dwyer

Tuesday, Dec 18, 2007 8:48 am EST
Ok, here's the funny bit, for those that had a bit of a problem last time.

The idea here is that Eddy Curry - wondrously talented, great hands, 6'11", hops for years, plenty of minutes (29 last night) - should rebound more. The idea is that it's a bit of a shame that he does so poorly in certain areas, given his gifts, and that it's pretty outrageous that he can't manage to out-rebound the following list of people:

Mardy Collins (in 27 less minutes)
Daniel Gibson
Rashad McCants
Steve Nash (by six, in 33 minutes)
Juan Carlos Navarro
Darko Milicic (with one hand, in 21 less minutes)
Brent Barry (by four, in seven less minutes)
Devin Harris
Raef LaFrentz (by nine, in 11 less minutes)
Jacque Vaughn
Jannero Pargo (in 22 less minutes)
Steve Blake (in nine less minutes)

Now, if you can honestly say that fluffy five-second diversion harmed your condition in any way, I'll give you your money back. Oh, wait ...

Eddie's job is to eat and get fat. I thought you guys knew this? He's been doing his job every day and I am glad Isiah gave him the credit he deserves. That Eddie was nice enough to grab 2 boards in the process just speaks volumes about what an over-achiever he is.

Let's get peppy and give Eddie our love.

LB spoke of the teams lack of motivation and how hard it was to get them going. He called them out and they just plain outright sucked. He tried starting them infront of home crowds, alphabetically, sequenchally, anything to coach motivation. TO no avail.

He was fired for violating communications policy and many thought he was devaluing the trade value.

Larry was fired for our sins.

Larry was the truth.

and the truth was 23 wins!
