The Knicks worked him out yesterday and though he's no Pavel, they were impressed with his size obviously and decent athletism. He can also dunk without jumping. I've seen him listed anywhere between 7'4 and 7'7, and though they listed him at 7'4, i'm assuming thats his height without shoes and he is probably about 7'6 in shoes. He's definitely worth the 39th pick in the draft and could make a contribution based on his height alone. I would even taken him with the 30th pick if he was projected to go early second round. Landing a less skilled, but more athletic Shawn Bradley wouldn't be a bad thing at all. We could also hold him overseas for awhile to develop because he is only 20.

I like his hight too and the fact that he is only 20 helps. He should make an imediate impact on defense. His offense and athleticism I have no idea about. He would be a good pick for the knicks in the second round.

I think there are too many good polished players that will be around at the 30th pick to take a risk on this guy....of course I'm assuming that the Knicks go big with their first round pick and keep it. The 39th pick might be an option for drafting this guy, especailly if we can keep hime overseas for a couple of years to develop.

i agree andrew.

the thing with me is milos was drafted by the knicks. apparantly he put his name in the draft and he never showed up because he apparantly would make more money where he is so who is to say that these other guys with all this "trumped up potential" won't do the same when taken in the lower salary brackets?

all those years as a fan and now i'm the anti-knick. life is crazy aint it.
