This is everything picks 20 and below that caught my eye. I may have some of the GM's wrong but nevertheless fairly accurate assessment. Although I SAY UGH wasn't present to draft in 2003 it's overall a fair place to start since many of I SAY UGH praisers go way back to his Toronto days of drafting. I also may be inaccurate on some of the draft day acquisitions
