Guys, I seriously think that the only way to save this franchise is to keep Isiah for the whole season, for two reasons :
- players are quitting on him, we'll have a terrible record and get a top 3 pick in the draft
- Dolan will be forced to fire him if we indeed have a terrible record, admitting the total failure of his 'plan'

Thus, next year we could have a new coach AND a potential franchise player. Besides, we would also have a new GM who would have all the offseason to throw the garbage away and keep a good nucleus of players to build around. I'm convinced that we have to suffer this whole season for a much brighter future.

We can have a top 3 pick, but with Isiah drafting, it might as well be pick number 30. He's draft history with us is not that good.

Everything you stated in the post above would happen if I SAY UGH was fired not now but Right Now. Name Herb as interim and nothing changes that much.

LOL at the logic.

The other good thing about keeping Isiah is that a percentage of fans will get totally turned off by the Knicks, give up on the team never to return, and find something else to do with their evenings in the winter months.

Its an interesting thought to see where we all would be in 30 years if Isiah stayed.

It's just not happening! You've witnessed one of the most **** ups of a GM-Coach that ever was and Dolan has proven time and time again 'he's sticking with him'. I'm totally convinced he isn't going anywhere for at least the next two years. I believe Dolan sees the world upside down. If you stood him on his head, he'd be able to see what's been really' happeing.
I'll never trust this' team again.

When the Knicks are 6-20 on his 4 year anniversary, he'll continue to get his.

If you look at their schedule for the rest of the month, I think 6-23 is a very real possibility.
