these are final thoughts. Do ANYTHING we can to get pick 4 and take Pavel. hes not falling and there is a HIGH chance that we get stuck with NO bigs. EVEN if the Knicks have to wait a year or two for this kid to come into his own--it's worth it. It gives the team true direction. It gives the team an anchor player who is 7-5 310 and we can have for 12- 15 years. If we have to give up Thomas Milos pick 9 pick 30 and take back JYD just do it. If we stay out of the playoffs next year so be it. This is the right move. The Knicks still have the players to be competitive. We need to get up to pick 4.

I think Chris Kaman is on the verge of falling to us. Pavel probably won't but there is still chance because many still see him as too much of a project to take right away. When you look at it though Kaman is just the type of guy we need and he can make a good impact next year and be one of the league's better centers for many years.
