H20 seems to be a fan of Dolan saying he is misunderstood. Dolan needs to just make the right choices he listens to his GM and President its just that these clowns keep leading him in the wrong direction. One day Dolan will realize that his one decision affects the entire team and its fan base. I don't think he realizes that yet. When he does realizes it lets hope he chooses wisely.

It's such a poorly run organization until it will be very difficult to get anyone who has any type of integrity to even WANT to put their reputation on the line and be affiliated with us (Dolan and his clan). VanGundy made a good point when he was saying that u cant just bring in a great hall of famer (and native new yorker) like Larry Brown and just give him one year to operate. Why should anyone with a good reputation risk being treated the same way? The arrogance and the incompetence runs very deep with this organization. I don't see things getting better no matter who is coaching or doing the "day to day". The hirings will only get worse (the pickens getting to be slim to none). I don't believe for a minute that the guys who are being named as "possibles" are SERIOUSLY going to take this job. It's a done deal. James Dolan IS the New York Knick organization. We're screwed.

Its not Dolan. The main problem is the that cat that stays in the shadows, Steve Mills. Dolan brought in Isiah on his request to replace Layden. The organization isn't as badly run as you would think it is. After all they are still the most valued NBA franchise. The Knicks need to get through this Isiah period this is the most unprfessional person around. He is a phony and always was one. The organization seems poorly run because of his antics.

Forget Dolan the people that need to go are Mills and Thomas.
