Clearly Q's arm is still lame...
David Lee is not the same...
Nate can't get in a game...
Jefferies got a permanent wrist sprain...
Balkman can still light a flame...
but Jerome James has no shame...'');

Why do we never know when our players are fully recovered from their injuries and not playing hurt?

I don't think Lee is jumping like he did before the injury.
Nate has lost a step and can't regain the defensive pressure he showed sparks of in summer league since his injury early in the season.
Collins had a chance to start and show what he can do... but he quickly wend down and has not been heard of since.
And I love Q, but he can't score right now even if he is left unguarded.

Is there a scouting source from where to get the 411 actual (read: accurate) health and condition of players?

How do we know when our guys are fully recovered from injuries?

Ask our crack medical staff. It worked for Marcus Camby, Allan Houston, Antonio McDyess......

If you're referring to the Knicks medical staff, by crack, I assume you mean fracture.

Here is one:

"Mardy Collins, who's still listed as day-to-day, did practice Tuesday, testing his sprained left ankle. He's expected to be a game-time decision."

didn't the knicks change team doctors during the isiah tenure?

In fact- they decided not to pursue the power forward from the bulls- forget his name now- he is over in israel now and scored a bunch of points when we played in preseason.

deformed toe- some lame excuse!

He gave the MD job to a specialist who detected a heart issue with Vin Baker... at the time it was thought that the heart issue and not the the fact that he was a rampant alcoholic was the reason for the decline in Vin's career.
Needless to say, Vin did not last that long, and fell off the wagon... but we still got that specialist calling the shots.

Her name is Dr. Lisa Callahan...

This article says that she is used to treating mainly female athletes.
http://www.ecu.edu/cs-admin/mktg/east/Lisa-Callahan.cfm
"Dr. Lisa Callahan mostly treats women with sports injuries. She’s an expert in the field who literally wrote the book on women’s fitness."

Maybe that why our star players play like bunch of girls.'');
