why do the knicks do it?
for many reasons 1 they find a point guard who will run the offence, the successsor of marbury,he will make the knicks a much better team and so much balanced.second they give more minutes to balkman as he,jj1 and jj2 can get all of the minutes of lee.We get a big prence in the paint in rasho and we subtract rose

why do the raptors do it
also for many reasons they get a big guard in collins who can guard 3 positions.They get rose who can provide them leadership during the playoffs.And Lee for their rebounding problems he and bosh can work on the boards

there is NO TRADE, unless we're trading Owners, that can fix this mess that is the NY Knicks.

Everyone needs to stop with the 1 trade fix scenarios.

The next GM is going to have to exercise chess type strategy in laying out multiple moves that lead to a potential fix that is 3-5 years out.
