This is new type of leader for Russia.
And Russia is heading back into Empire mode after about 10 years of chaotic democracy
We will need to became strong again and elect better leaders that we have now to keep dominance in the world.
It is not necessary bad. I believe that it is time to wake up from the funk America is now in international politics.
