as a few of you i think know, i'm finishing up college in boston this year and am making my first trek to the td fleet bank whatever the hell its called garden tonight to see the knicks/celtics. first time i'll see the knicks in boston in my 4 years here, very excited. i picked up some upperdeck seats but i know some kids who work at the garden and i'll try to get behind the bench. i have a custom made balkman jersey so keep an eye out for me somewhere courtside.

also, don't sleep on tyrese rice this year. who was harping about sean williams and jared dudley for the past two years? (and big craig smith to an extent 3 yrs ago). both of those guys are playing well now, hopefully sean stopped blazing herb. jdud is gonna be a stud though. this years sleeper for you guys is tyrese rice. point guard who broke jj redick's all time scoring record in virginia, now a junior at BC, should average over 20 a game. real fast, pesky on D, great leader, strokes the rock from deep. also, freshman rakim sanders could be the next jared dudley so watch out. real nice all around game.

also, for you city heads out there, keep an eye on lance stephenson for me this year. i'll try to make it to lincoln or wherever for some games, but i've been following lance since i saw him play at the cage on west 4th when he was in 8th grade. dude's gonna be a stud (though he's going to lincoln and the only stud from there has been jesus shuttlesworth -- and he isn't even a real person. marbury's the ultimate enigma and telfair hasn't done a thing in the league. should've played for pitino for a year.) its hard to keep track of NY hs ball without having the post to read everyday.

also, haven't been posting as much as i'd like, but you guys make it easy for a knicks fan not in the ny area. same passion, same intensity you find with knicks fans every day in ny, listen to on wfan, etc. andrew and martin you guys rule.

i think the celtics will win 103-97.

Are you sitting courtside? If so remember to accidentally throw your drink, ice and all, right into KG's path on a fast break.

Enjoy yourself.

I will be at the game as well. I'll be 2 rows behind the Celtics bench. I will be sure to thumb my nose at you should I run into you.
I just hope that people will like me

lol @ being BANNED by Martin since 11/07/10 (for asking if Mr. Earl had a point). Really, Martin? C'mon. This is the internet. I've seen much worse on this site. By Earl himself. Drop the hypocrisy.

nice. the larry brown year i went to the celtics home opener, which was vs the knicks. got a bird's-eye view of a solid DNP-CD from rookie channing frye, a trevor ariza blown fast-break dunk that could have clinched the game, and a good 0-fer the first 4 minutes of overtime to send the team spiraling down to 23 wins.

enjoy!

Yeah, I was really tempted to get tix for the game tonight but too much work to do.

Instead, I'll be kicking back with a couple of fellow Knick fans and down some beers while we watch Boston lose their 2nd straight game....yeah probably not going to happen, but you guys don't know how badly I would like all of the Boston fans on campus to stfu.

I bet the Knick pride was flyin high tonight
If you are still following the team and reading sites like this, there is nothing, short of your own demise, that is going to throw you off this train.

Bip, is there a reason you didn't throw your beer onto the court? Bigsmooth, I'd like to know how you think the Knicks played tonight.
