Look at either Game Log long and hard and then tell me if he's not, who is. The fact he's only 21yrs old is scary on every level. And when I ask dominant... I'm talking considering their complete body of work, which means both sides of the ball.

A lot of people don't think he is and to those I ask and want them to man up and tell me who is.

er, who are those "lot of people"? I don't hear the Yao crowd screaming that he is more dominant than Dwight. Maybe a more skilled player, but that's it.

I think its time to start giving Patrick Ewing major props as a big man coach. Too bad we never brought him here to work with Eddy Curry. Seemed like a no brainer- but those don't exist when you actually don't have any brains.

he is the most dom
and im one of the senseless haters that same curry
was more dominant
what a fool was i
part of it was being a homer
the other the belief that
curry would become a man child
instead of a boy child
to watch curry watch rebounds hit the floor
against the bulls was utterly sickening
if he can pin his man under
the rim for a shot he
should do it for a rebound too

I picked the Magic to make the finals last year... because Dwight Howard is that good. In retrospect, it wasn't a great choice. However, fact remains that he is arguably the biggest, most dynamic young star in the game today. He is the second coming of Moses Malone.

Chris Paul has emerged, and so has Dwight. (Along with Wade, LBJ, and Deron Williams, they are the next generation.) And that's the more interesting question to me: who would you rather have out of the players that emerged this season, Chris Paul or Dwight Howard?

4949 says: Maybe we could get Dwight Howard for Eddy Curry and Jerome James. Yeah, it's impossible and I would be stupid to think such a thing but it's food for thought.

Remember all the crap we had to hear about Curry being more dominant because he outplayed Howard last year in the head to head matchups?

I'd say it's pretty close between Howard and Garnett. KG gets many more assists and is the better player to run the offense through. Not taking anything away from KG, but Howard's more dominant on defense.

I hate to say this because I hate him, but Amare is the most dominant big man in the game for me, even he does not play more than 30 mins per game.

Of course he's the most dominant, that's why he's on 3 of my 4 fantasy teams, joe stole him in the draft before me in the other league.
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

Amare could never rebound or block shots like this.

He is nowhere near what Moses can do. Moses was just a monster on the floor and mean as heck. As far as comparing Dwight, I would say he is more a slightly taller Alonzo Mourning. Alonzo had the menacing look but he was never really nasty like Moses and he rebounded and blocked shots just like Dwight. Moses makes you feel him. In regards with offense, Dwight and Alonzo are about even.

Would've been more but I auto-drafted in the 2 leagues that I don't have him in.

After the surgery(s) Amare lost a bit of athleticism. All things considered I'd take Dwight just for the fact I don't have to worry about his knees.

They are both Very similar players-the difference I see is that Howard is a traditional beast in the post and more physical and his game is centered there, while Amare is kind of a hybrid who prefers a more face up/perimeter/running type of game.

It could be the system each team runs, but that is just my observation.
