BTW, new but positive = firing Isiah, Dolan selling the Knicks. Perhaps watching the Knicks is like taking heroine.

Many positive things have happened. You just refuse to see them. Don't forget, we got rid Eisley, Anderson & Weatherspoon, and Don Chaney is no longer the coach.

Oh please. Shanvis Eisleyspoon would have been off the books by now and we could have been a championship calibre team b/c we would have signed LeBron before he got that extension.

Don Chaney was the greatest though.

We also got rid of Keith Van Horn and Doleac. Surely you can acknowledge that?

Also Larry Brown was fired. Now the healing can begin.

The funny thing about Weatherspoon was we thought that was the worst use of the MLE ever. Then came J*4 and new heights of horrible free agency signings were reached.

here's a positive article:

Donnie Walsh Open to Taking Over Knicks
http://realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/49306/20071120/donnie_walsh_open_to_taking_over_knicks/

...and he likes Rick Carlisle, who would be a great coach.

....but again, I don't think anything "positive" is happening until after the appeal. it'd have to get super ugly.

Panos, there's nothing wrong with leaving the Knicks to become a Celtics fan. Maybe I should have stuck with that. Maybe my Garnett jersey got lost in the mail and the fact that my Boxer ate my Celtics games DVD collection is what turned me into a Knicks fan.

Celtics are a model of a team of complementary players led by a true leader with bonafide stars, and at least one superstar. I wouldn't blame you if you got disgusted by this bunch of absolute losers and switched. Too bad I can't change the fact that my blood runs blue and orange...

Donnie walse hired Isiah to coach the Pacers.

That alone makes him suspect. Lets not forget this fact.

But while LarryLegend was the catalyst and fired Isiah as President, Donnie was the GM and would have sat in on that meeting.

So it is quite possible that Isiah gets fired by the same man (almost, but the movie is better this way) twice. Given the lack of respect and hate demonstrated by many players he has burned, and the CBA ownership group I bet there are a lot of people that would love to be fire him even once, lett alone double the pleasure.

Imagine the joy Colangelo would have after getting rid of Marbury twice!

Don't stop now, Isiah will be gone shortly.

My prediction of Isiah being gone Sunday morning by me and others didn't pan out as expected, but rest assured its coming soon.

Oh trust me, my blood is Orange and Blue. I could never become a Celtics fan or a fan of any team, although I sometimes want to. It just makes my head spin, literally, to see all this crap going on with our team and NOTHING is being done about it. And to top it off, the team itself is HORRIBLE.

And it's so bad that we say "It's not just about basketball anymore" but then we bring it back down to just basketball, and it's just as bad. There's no where to run with this franchise. You just gotto hope and/or pray that maybe things will magically change.
