Their College Stats (so far...):
Derrick Rose: 19.8ppg 5.5rpg 2.3apg 3.0topg 1.0spg 1.0bpg 49.1% FG 30.8% 3pt 71.9% FT 28.3mpg Notes: This guy gets to the free throw line a LOT. OJ Mayo: 25.7ppg 6.0rpg 4.3apg 5.0topg 2.0spg .7bpg 49.2% FG 37.0% 3pt 90.0% FT 37.3mpg Notes: A DEADLY jumpshooter, his 3 is just as good. His He could drive more and go to the FT line more but he's already scoring with his jumpshot. Nice rebounder too for his position. His conditioning and athleticism is also best out of the Big 3, he's playing 37 minutes a game and producing all this and even played 40 out of 40 minutes in 1 game. Just a beastly scorer. Michael Beasley: 30.0ppg 20.0rpg 3.0apg 3.7topg 1.7spg 1.7bpg 61.8% FG 42.9% 3pt 65.5% FT 30.7mpg Notes: Gets to the FT line a lot, needs to get better on FT's, beastly rebounder, scorer and finisher, good shooter and can hit 3's. Good on defense too. - thanks to poster on RGM DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure.
And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

Like two hours ago didn't you say Michael Beasley was a poor man's Tyler Hansborough.
And Marbury's problem never was size. He was always bigger and stronger than most PG's. |

Nice clips, and the music for Mayo's was pretty sick, (And weird choice of music for Rose's) but I'd rather see those guys in games, besides highlite dunks.

Posted by VDesai: Marbury may be stronger, but he's not bigger AT ALL. He's a generous 6-1. And yes I did, I feel I've already been clearn on taking that back. Maybe you just didn't bother to read the thread Idk. DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure.

The point with regards to Marbury is that bigger won't necessarily make him better if he has the same problems Steph has. I wish Mayo went to a bigger college program where he would've been forced to defer more. Might've been better for his game. That being said he is probably the best talent in this draft.
On the Beasley thing, I didn't see you taking that back till this thread. What made you say that in the first place if a couple of clips were all it took to change your mind. I'm not really sure where you're coming from here. It takes a lot for someone make that much of a leap on the eval of a player in a few hours. |

VDesai: I watched more of him, and I was a bit premature. The kid is averaging 20 rebounds a game, but has the perimeter skills of a Michael Redd......AT 6-9''. He's too well-rounded a player to not be a franchise talent.
BigC: The difference is simple - I didn't post it on RGM. I don't post there period. This is for the UK constituents, if you don't like it, you know where to go. As for the Aids guy, I'm not an attention-seeker. If you don't have friends to ask that question in real life, keep it on one forum atleast, jeez. Not to sound unempathetic, but seriously...who goes around asking advice on AIDS in a basketball forum?? Posted by JrZyHuStLa: No way. Isiah was 6-0 in real life, and Marbury is about an inch taller, maybe an inch and a half. They always exaggerate heights by around a half inch anyway... DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure.

Posted by TrueBlue: I think people would unanonomously agree that Roy Hibbert is not a franchise talent. Either is Deandre Jordan (Bynum clone), or Hasheem Thabeet. Though Roy (poor man's Big Z) is the most well-rounded out of the 3. [Edited by - bobs3304 on 19-11-2007 8:16 PM] DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure.

Posted by bobs3304: Boobs, NOw you know you still post there. YOu have been banned like 5 times and chased out of Knick4life. As far as this form last time I check you have posted topics on both forums. Have you forgotten? You don't remember posting the same trades on the same board until members tell you to stop posting? Get real. As far as the HIV who the hell give you the right to tell a person where he can post? LIke I said if you don't like a topic why post on it? Attention. IF a person feels like getting information from a basketball form then so be it. Most message boards have people that give good feed back. Again who the hell are you? Don't worry you get all the attention you need hoe. BigC's Knick blogs and Knicks

I don't post on RGM smartass.
I haven't in almost a year. There's no point. As many people including Cosmic will tell you, anyone who likes it there is a tool. I got banned for being too "emotional", which is far better IMO, then being too stupid. That guy on there can post it on every forum on the internet if he pleases. I'm just wondering why in the hell someone would want to in the 1st place. If his g/f exists, I'd start there, and work my way toward my friends, and then parents. What do us basketball bozos know about Aids? But hey, Big C, feel what you want. It's your life. Just don't involve me in it...
