Successful Trade Scenario
Congratulations on a successful trade.
Due to New York and Sacramento being over the cap, the 25% trade rule is invoked. New York and Sacramento had to be no more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

i like it cuz it frees up longterm salary for the Knicks & improves the roster at the same time... not sure why SAC would do it tho, unless they're very high on Curry.

Why did you put this in all caps as if it was a real trade? Anyway, can't see Sac agreeing to this deal. No need for Craw when they have Kmart and Garcia. Can't see them taking back Marb either.

On the other hand, I could see them being interested in Curry. I think we could get Artest in a package for Curry. Dont think we have enough to land Bibby aswell.

Throw in Balkman and or a pick. Marbury gives them a shorter contract than Miller's and expires in 2 yrs. He probably gets bought out. They pick up Curry which is a player I think would give them a balanced offensive tandem ( Martin up top, Curry down low). Crawford can play PG. Plus everyone knows Crawford makes Curry shine that much more. They are rebuilding and they get younger and more talented.

i would be willing to give up Balkman in that deal, but definitely not the pick, no way.

Sacramento is trying to rebuild, not take a step back. Curry, Crawful, and Marbury on the same team isn't a good thing.
some Knick fans accept mediocrity as excellence .... I don't!

Dinglebury has no trade value. Jamal has some trade value. Eddy definitely has trade value but I am afraid you won't get equal return from what we gave up for him. The only way we get out of this is burying Dinglebury on the bench and take your chances with Mardy at the point. I would also start Nate at this point with Balkman, ZBo and Eddy.

This kind of trade can go only if Isiah is Sac GM.
He is the only one in the NBA moronic enough to take this players.
But he is Knicks GM so stop dreaming...
