Just wanted to introduce myself... I've read many educated posts in these forums. Hopefully, I can follow the trend.

My first thought.. Is likely the sentiment of many Knicks fans around the globe. (WE NEED CHANGE!)

I'm gonna post one wish, one planned scenario for this franchise ONLY!!! I don't want to spend my days here posting mock trades/playing GM because I know they rarely ever happen (It really is disheartening too, because some of these hypothetical trades are pretty decent and actually could improve this team)... however, this one is a must-- so please indulge!

Demote Isiah and Hire Jerry West as New GM

Trade for Kobe Bryant- and cap filler (maybe Radmanovic)

Eddy Curry. Jamal Crawford, David Lee, Malik Rose and #1 Unprotected lottery pick/ 1st rd pick (Pretty Much anybody they want!)

Hire Paul Westphal as Coach

Find a way to get Samuel Dalembert, Brendan Haywood or any young shotblocking center/defensive minded that runs the floor and grabs rebounds... heck try to sign/trade for restricted free agent Anderson Varejao

We'd have enough to make the playoffs.. and dare I say run at a chip. Moreover, we'd have a legitimate 1, 2 punch (The likes we have never seen as Knicks fans)... a bonafide superstar in Kobe (Assuming he doesn't veto the trade-- I think Jerry West would help facilitate this move) An allstar low post presence w/ Zach should also help here.

Play the rookie Wilson Chandler @ small forward t least 17 minutes per night (doesn't have to start but he has to play, you can't gain experience if you are not on the floor. This kid has a decent game, nice upside and has confidence)

Lastly, this might not sit well with some Knicks fans... But we have to find a taker for Stephon Marbury! WE WILL NEVER WIN WITH HIM AS OUR POINT GUARD! Sorry to say it. Package him for expiring contracts or picks. I might even consider buying him out... primarily since we are years from any salary cap flexibility.

But the stuff you proposing... hmmm.
I guess I read it somewhere...

Welcome......and watch yourself, there be crazy peeps here. I like the Paul Westphal, Play Chandler ideas. Getting Kobe ain't gonna happen, trading Steph is only slightly possible and I want Lee to stay because he has passion and he hustles.

Welcome. You stuck your head out which is good enough for me. Not crazy about most of your moves, but your thinking.

Yo bro, welcome, but since you're a newbie and I'm the man who collects the $50 newbie fees, I'm gonna have to ask you to cough it up, plus an extra $25 for your Kobe Bryant/Jerry West proposal. I'll give you 5 days.

I just want to know if LA demands jerome be included in the trade what you'd do.

Now you came in on the right stuff JayDee, I am tired of people saying all he's to raw , he needs to sit and wait his turn.

If you have an eye for talent you can clearly see this kid wilson chandler is gonna be a excellent ball player one day and we need to get him inserted to the line up right now !

JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

so basically u realize the importance of a real shotblocking presence, you realize the importance of obtaining a legit franchise player like Kobe, & you can't stand Marbury & wanna get rid of him by any means necessary.

i think u & i are going to get along nicely.

Hmm. Pretty much the kinds of things a few of us have been saying. I like the West to get Kobe here move. I still think there is some kind of buyout of suckbury. Maybe take half the contract before next year and ship his butt out? Welcome to our world and breeding ground for 'intelligent' Knicks fans.
I'll never trust this' team again.

What? I never said he was raw! I like Chandler and want to see him develop.
