Like: "I am suck at coaching and GM job so I decided to resign and start charity organization to help develop The West Site of Chicago"

What you expect him to say?

I expect him to say - there are no excuses- we need to win games like this- we have the talent and we have to put it together and focus for 48 minutes. I believe in the players and I know they can do it- but its up to them to get over the mental hump of all the losing we've been through. And while it might take a while, I expect it to happen.
