Curry needs a solid young PF next to him who can rebound and block shots. Chicago needs more scoring. I think Lee is a more accomplished scorer than Thomas at this point in their careers and he is a better passer. Trade Lee to Chicago to help their offense, we take Thomas to help our defense and we get younger at the same time (extra year at the rookie pay scale).

that trade doesn't make sense for either team IMO... Lee is not a scoring option... he gets his points on offensive putbacks & on the break, same at Ty Thomas pretty much... Lee's a better rebounder & has no attitude issues at all... Ty Thomas might have a higher upside potential but he comes w/questions concerning his basketball IQ & maturity... i like Ty Thomas' shotblocking ability, but i don't give up D Lee for him.

If they win a championship in the immediate future, I'm expecting somebody to give us a shout out in one of their happy post-victory speeches. "We really pulled together as a team, we fought hard, we gave it our all. And obviously we couldn't have done it without our team architect, Isiah Thomas. He's as much of a winner right now as any of us, and deserves to be recognized and given credit. Thanks IT!"

What have we really done for the Bulls. Ty Thomas and Noah, Sweeney, Tim Thomas. Where is Sweetney anyways, the Bulls are crap this year and Ty Thomas and Noah are partly to blame for their crappy start so the Knicks haven't done them much of a favor. When will some of you guys look at your grass and say damn its as green as theirs.

Thomas is a better defender than Zach and a shot-blocker. We need some shot-blocking off our bench. You bring in Thomas and Balkman and give the team defensive boost.

You also have to take into account what we took off their hands. Jamal Crawford didn't fit into the direction of the team (moving towards a defensive identity), and that trade gave them something like $18 million in cap space. And we gave up our draft picks. To be down on Noah after the Bulls bad start is a bit premature, and Thomas is coming into his own.
