Sac has john salmons who avg 19ppg b4 artest came back 2 fill in... maybe we sweeten the deal with balkman but with sacs outside shooting they could b pretty good with curry and get rid of the headcase artest

For us we even our lineup out with some defense @ the 3.. Start david lee and play zach at the 5. I don't care what people say zach would be NO WORSE defensively at center than curry is so why freekin not.

Getting Artest is probably the only chance Isiah has at saving his job. It's not the right way to build a championship team but Artest probably would propel us into the playoffs.

Or flip out again and be booted from the league.

We have nothing to offer not in case we're giving up Lee and from the sound of things Artest isn't going anywhere until Bibby gets back healthy.

What part of having a head case on our roster are we not getting...We want Marbs times two....Artest just finished serving a 7 game suspension..You think that will be his last?...

so not only should we trade Curry, who we gave up 2 unprotected picks to get, but also we should give up Balkman if need be to get our hands on a headcase who can blow up on us at any moment that can become a FA in a year? are u trying to give Isiah the blueprints for his next brilliant trade here?

We have close to a 0% chance of making the playoffs with the current roster. All I meant is I can see Isiah make this type of (BAD) trade because it might elevate our chances to around 50%.

But I believe that in order to have an Artest on this team, you need to minus a suckbury first. Two headcases would be just too damn much to deal with. I'm mean seriously!
I'll never trust this' team again.

Then in that case, we shouldn't be making desperate moves. We should be making logical ones.

Logical ones for the long-term interests of the team and logical ones for Isiah to save his job are two completely different issues, unfortunately.

Eddy is the problem only with IT at the helm. He is not a starter and not more that 20 min player. He also required special coach (like Pat) to be assigned to him. He can be groomed in servicable role player if properly used and motivated.
Isiah spend tooo much on him and he cannot allow any of this.
A lot of players on this roster (except Steph) can get a new beginning if IT will be removed.
So getting read of him is the first logical move for the organuzation with getting read of Steph or severely reducing his role is the second.
I will welcome Ron if he will come for nothing or for any combination of Eddy, Craf, Jones, Nate, Jeffries, and Q. But again only after IT and Steph are gone. They and Ron will eventually collide. we have enough of this already.

I dont think Curry really can play much of a role on any team utill he looses weight he is so much more of a liability on defense then he is on offense it doesent even out its like you give your self a 60% of scoring when he has the ball but the ENTIRE opposing team has a 60% chance of scoring when hes on D in the paint

The right role for Curry is a 6th man who puts up points and plays *only* when your PF is a good shot-blocker. It's tragic that we gave up what we did for him, but I think he could be a solid role player on an already winning team.
