Pat riley was looked at as a traitor when he left the Knicks for Miami.......but he could see that things weren't gonna work out for him in ny anymore so he bounced. Can't blame him cuz he assumed control of the Miami Heat and is the only face of management and power with that franchise.

Jeff van gundy came out the gate in his last season and boated the team before they even got to december. He saw the knicks dippin towards the lottery so he saved face and made a name in Houston. He eventually left Houston but still can get a job anywhere in the nba spectrum if he wanted. His rep is untainted.

Mr. Logo, jerry west, had a dynasty with the lakers and skated away when he knew it was done for. He went to memphis as a genius. He assumed total domination of that franchise. The memphis team sucks and always has been but jerry west still has the ultimate benifit of the doubt cuz of what he did in LA.

So why won't isiah just resign? He should have gotten out at the end of last season. Right now he will go out in shambles. Its a damn shame. Pride? How deep is your pride man? How far will it take you? When is enough too much?

I would love the opportunity to make things right but this whole love affair with marbury has ruined his life. instead of deading the situation he is nestling it. Will he hold on to the idea that these guys will win to his demise?

Who would ever hire isiah to do anything other than scout? Front office? Never in a million years.

What will it take for this to end? Why do we have to be taken down with it?

Isiah does not like to lose. He does not want to admit wrong doing. By resigning he's copping to both and that is something he is unable to do. He does not back down and does not run away. Again, to him, that is to admit failure and he will not do that.

He should be fired. I think he will be fired. It's just a question of when. Sometime between today and the end of the season would apparently be a reasonable time frame. I don't think he lasts beyond the end of the year. Personally he should not last beyond next week.

anyone think he makes it back home to coach against the Warriors?

OR does he take a leave to chill while they roast him.

Can be take berevement leave mourning the death of "Zeke:The winner"?

With Isiah gone what can really change if the CoachKillaBury is still on the roster? This is so unfair to the rest of the team.

Van Gundy was a smart man. He still could've gotten that crap team to .500 or better but he obviously saw the dysfunctionality on the wall with Dolan taking a bigger interest.

JVG was a boring ass offensive coach but he could extract wins out of minimal talent and get teams to play hard and tough. I wouldn't mind him back at the helm at some capacity here, but I doubt he ever wants to come back.

Its not fair to the team nor is it fair for the fans.

Nate needs to be the starter. Collins is a fantasy to everyone. Nate is a blur. He is short but no matter what he can put that ball in the basket on anybody. Nate needs to be given the shot to start......isiah should have tried to send marbs to clevland in the summer for eric snow or something like that. Knicks need a real vet. Marbs has been in the league 10 years. If its a cat, its a cat. Can't change a cat to a dog.

Isiah made some awesome moves but his bad moves were just astronomical. Why is jerome still around? Why didn't he keep nichols? Why hasn't he demoted Q? What the hell?

Its time for him to go. As a fan it just hurts cuz I like a lot of things about the roster. Isiah has mismanaged the opportunity to fill in the pieces to succeed.

Its time to go.

What do people have to gain from MSG? Money.

I firmly believe Stern sitting down with Dolan is the only way to change things around here at this point.

I would not just think it is Stern. I think people around the league have been saying things to Dolan. Dolan has been loyal to Isiah so we have to wait and see what happens.

I brought nate in this conversation......but what about lee, zach, balkman, the rest of the real ball players?

Right now this might screw up their careers. A new gm will tear it down. As a fan man, we wanna win but tear it down again? Ah man, I can't take that happening again.

I could deal with trading some guys around but not wholesale changes you know? I like most of the guys here......I personaly believe that deleting marbs and getting a slasher....a true athletic small fwd....would instantly boast this team.

I just wish Dolan or somebody would just end this nonsense now!

Give Wilson Chandler real PT =SOLVED
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

To answer the question posed in the title of the thread....

I think there are some percs involving interns and trucks.
