At this point I don't think it is a matter of "if" but "when" Isiah Thomas loses his job as General Manager/Coach of the New York Knicks and eventually banished from the NBA completely, who will succeed him?

Many will say Jerry West, but I don't think he is ready for the barrage from New York media.

The next general manager of the New York Knicks should be Charles Barkley!

Nah just jokin. Donnie Nelson

Either of those (Nelson or Colangelo) would be HUGE upgrades.

Beside signing Steve Nash I do not know what he has done that has been so successful.

He's been Executive of the Year 4 times and 3 times from 1982-1992, which he then stepped down as GM and bought the team.

He knows what he's doing.

And by the way.. he traded Jeff Hornacek for............... Charles Barkley. Pretty good deal.

Hey man, theres plenty of good options out there. When Isiah is canned, I just want someone with a track-record of success. It's about time as Knick fans that we get that. We deserve it.

GREG ANTHONY, he's the one who challenged Isiah and ridiculed him in trading for marbury
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

And he's been on point since day one. I'd take a shot at Greg.

So did Isles, fish, and more than half the board also!

Im not down for TV analysts as they are paid to second guess everything and make SHORT TERM predictions. WHere is the accountabity? None, they don't have to. I'd rather have a GM who has tasted both success and failure to season his process.

Kikki V. has been on both sides. He signed KMart and he is The man passed on Amare twice. once for NEne and the other for Skita. That Sh!t makes you think!

Also he understands what it means to wear the orange and blue, he could intill knicks pride back into the organization and bring in players who have pride returning the knick franchise back to where it's supposed to be.

ON TOP

Kiki was a starphuch. Don't kid yourself. His best years were behind him when he got here.

Is dad Dr. Ernie was a 6 year player who was decent(lower scores back then!) and retired to finish Med school at columbia. That was back in the day.

I only want Greg Anthony if he's allowed to wear his puke shirt and come off the bench to sucker punch the opposing coaches.
