Hey guys,

What do you all think of this idea:

Sprewell, Thomas, #9, #31
4
SAR, Nazr, #21

Knicks Starting 5
Eisly
Houston
SAR
Dice
Nazr

We could still pick up a nice prospect at #21, maybe Outlaw or Carparka.

Hawks Starting 5
Terry
Sprewell
Robinson
Thomas
Ratliff

That is an excellent starting 5 for Atlanta.

oz I like Reef but I have over the past few years grown weary of his game, he is skilled but he doesn't win. I rather keep the pick... Plus KT has more value than that...

I hate this trade. The Knicks are giving up to much for two players that have accomplished nothing in the NBA. SAR is a tiresome player that will wear out his welcome here pretty fast. Nazr there is no difference between him and KT infact I think KT is better than him. Spree is small but just as good as Reef. He isn't a winner and to take Reef on your team is like saying you want nothing to do with winning. Another reason I don't like this trade is your giving up picks for what Atlanta's 21 pick thats a no no . Keep the high pick. You didn't take the contract into consideration either Reef still has years left on his contract and its a big contract. Spree and KT are coming off the books next year. If you want Reef on your team then offer this to Atlanta. WIlliams,Harrington, Knight and the 31st pick to atlanta.

Reef is overrated, overpaid and has no heart.

Ratliff is the only guy on the Hawks I'd want... and I wouldn't give up too much to get him.

This is much better !!! The #9 pick, SPREWELL, WARD ( buyout ) & KNIGHT ( buyout ) in exchange for SHAREEF & BIG DOG. ATL will get the lottery pick plus cap room to save money for the NEW OWNER !!! With the 31st & 39th picks we draft centers !!! 31st is JAMES LANG & 39th is KENDRICK PERKINS !!! C=KT / PF=SHAREEF / SF=BIG DOG / SG=HOUSTON / PG=EISLY Now for the bench we got C=LANG / PF=PERKINS / SF=SPOON / SG-ANDERSON / PG=WILLIAMS MILOS can be traded for another 1st rd pick or he can play next year !!!

You know things are about as bad as things can get when your best outcome is that someone doesn't slip to you at #9. (rolling eyes, shaking head)... there isn't remotely a glimpse of light, at the end of this tunnel. We're !!

Pike, you remember two seasons ago my New Years Reef?..instead we end up picking up Harrington and Reef wanted to go to Atlanta, which at the time he considered home.

Nykinoz, If a player can't make a difference at home, why should we bother in picking up another over-the-cap tab? Reef was better off in Vancouver!
