Isiah becuase the next GM would certainly get rid of Marbury too.

I would allow marbury to walk , because it has been proven the cloud would go away and teams always get better once he leaves.

Steph is a year away from leaving anyway. I don't think that this team is as far away from being a really good team as some make it seem. If you solidify the PG spot and allow the young players to continue to develop I think this team can compete with anyone. We can score with anyone but we need better perimeter D. That to me sounds like a very fixable problem. I think Mardy, Balk, Chan, Nate, Jamal, Lee, Zach and Curry can get some things done if they're given time to build more chemistry and confidence. It's still early in the year so we have plenty of time to make that happen. We can add a little Jared and Jones for more D and I don't think this team is a disaster.

I don't consider Isiah a complete failure. Yeah he's made some HUGE mistakes and his regime has had it's share of embarrassment, but the team he's got at it's core is not that bad. We just need to tweak it a bit.

if its one- I say marbury pack his bags- at least isiah, if prevented from making horrible trades- does do exceeding well drafting talented players.

I agree, we're extremely close... all we need is a leader, a franchise player, a shotblocker, a low post defender, a GM with a plan, & an owner with a clue.
