This might be the single-best guard orientated draft in the history of the NBA. Any team that needs a guard that will make an impact will find a player through 7. This is probably THE draft to somehow hold two high picks because there are MULTIPLE big time impact players from this frshmen class like I have not seen in years or likely I have not seen one better.

so we likely won't find a game changer when we're picking 9-13?

good year to have your own pick and go 38 & 44

Eric Gordon at indiana, mayo from usc and Derrick Rose Memphis st.

Rose will be the next WADE IMHO
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

briggs you think hibbert's going to go over rose? rose is the most explosive PG i've seen since baron davis as a freshman at UCLA. that dude THROWS DOWN, strokes the 3, gets his teammates involved, i'd say he's in the top 3 (w/ beasley and gordon)

yes i agree. Briggs have you seen Johnny Flynn from syracuse play yet ?

I'm not putting him in their class , but what do you think about him.

Same highschool in Niagara Falls (my hometown)as Paul Harris , straight up baller has hops at 6'0 and can distribute and shoot the 3.

Recently against Siena he had 28 pts on 10-13 and 6-7 from 3 with 9 assists 5 reb

I think any reasonable team knows in order to win they need a true 5. Roy Hibbert has unusual skills for a 7-2 player--namely his incredible touch and footwork aroudn the basket. It's almost a no-brainer and depending on who drafts where he could go 1--although this years players are hard to give up. If it was my pick for the Knicks at 1 Id take Gordon hands down. He is something between Barkley and John Starks with a great handle. A very unusual player who already has incredible power and size for the 2 guard to go along with great athletic ability and every fundamental. I dont see how teams can stop him.
