Ok- I'm posting this for a few of the guys who are interested in seeing a show-
I'm playing with a new band called Whoopie Pie, Saturday night at the Stone NYC-
It's at 10pm, Ave C and 2nd St, $10 cover
It's the band's NYC debut- Saxophone (yours truly), E-bass and Drums trio-
More blues/rock mix than the straight-ahead jazz I normally do. Anyway- you can check it out here-
http://www.myspace.com/whoopiepie

And- I'm also playing with a great Trumpeter, John McNeil (He played w Horace Silver and many other jazz greats) this and every Sunday at Biscuit BBQ in Brooklyn, which is on 5th Ave and President St. We play there every Sunday from 8:30pm to 11pm. If you're a Brooklyn local, come for the 2nd set after the Knicks/Heat game. $10 cover (only $5 for musicians/students)
That sounds like this-

Anyway- thanks for the support guys- I'll be warming up playing long tones tonight at home watching the Magic game.

The more we practice the better the Knicks play-
And if they still don't play well at least we practiced.
Thanks for the "Sticky" Andrew/Martin!

Good music though. Always love music. This is a good late night sound, while on duty somewhere I suppose. I used to do an all nighter years ago, every weekend and Jazz was a good mood sound. At least until I fell asleep about 3 or 4 in the morning. And then I'd have to wake up and go to my full time job.
I'll never trust this' team again.
