Did anyone at the game notice Melo getting into words with a fan in the stands during the 4th quater? It was at the point when he switched on to Crawford and was really playing him aggressively at the time. I was sitting 2 rows behind the Denver bench and this guy sitting in the front row in the section right behind me started screaming out stuff to Melo and Melo started talking back although it was tough to hear what Melo was saying but this dude really got under Melo's skin. (or Melo was just expressing his frustration with Balkman's tough defense on him). It was awesome! we all started cheering this guy afterwards. The guy was really loud and when he was yelling the garden just happenned to have been silent at that time.

It did show me that Melo still isn't mature enough to be the leader of that team. No player should be paying any attention to a guy in the stands. It's not like this fan was really insulting him, it was more of a playful tone and Melo should not have paid any attention to it whatsoever during the 4th qtr. when his team just gave up a 10 point lead.

I read about this in the Post today... Basically, the fan kept saying he couldn't defend Crawford and they kept jawing back and forth.
