I am actually not opposed to having Camby back but the Stoudemire deal killed it for me.

Damon has a bad wrap. He is a top notch PG who gets no respect. His salary is bloated but he is exactly what the Knicks need. He is probably the best player the Knicks can get in return for Sprewell.

Now today, I can't wait to see if some are gonna come out of the negative corner and call this trade idotic or insane, or will they act civil and non-abrasive ! DAMON and 23rd pick, for Mewell and 31 +38 pick. Ward +Knight for Camby and filler. WEll the two draft picks can't be determined because of the uncertainty of other teams picking ahead of the knicks.

I personally dont think its idiotic. Besides nobody is going to give you more for Sprewell.

I agree with you on this trade we cry for a pt guard who is a threat to score and who could get to the hoop , but we got some die hard MEWELLS lovers up in here who wouldn't get mad if he slapped them in the face as long as he stayed a knick. This is the most we would get for Mewell.

Ewing deal was plain bad mismanagement. It was an excellent trade but horrible GM skills

Knicks recieved 2 1st round picks, 2 2nd round picks and Glenn Rice. KNicks traded both 1st round picks away in deals we may want to forget.

- 1st pick we recieved -
Donnell Harvey (just picked + John Wallace for Erik Strickland + Pete Mikael (dropped in training camp). In turn the Knicks traded Erik Strickland and a 1st round pick for Othella Harrington.
