Congratulations on a successful trade.
Due to New York, L.A. Lakers, and Sacramento being over the cap, the 25% trade rule is invoked. New York, L.A. Lakers, and Sacramento had to be no more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

I know it seems like a lot but try to stay objective. Sacramento will do it because of the cap room they get with the expiring contracts they recieved for this year and next year plus draft picks. L.A. will do it to save face by getting former allstars and youth and starters.
The Knicks will do it because, well need i say more !!

KNICKS
C = CURRY
PF = LEE
SF = ARTEST
SG = KOBE
PG = NATE

lAKERS
C = MILLER / BYNUM
PF = ZACH
SF = WALTON / VLAD
SG = CRAW
PG = BIBBY

KINGS
Who cares, they get cap room galore & picks !!!

This is a win win win for all three teams !!!
GOD arose JESUS from the grave !!! Isiah arose the Knicks from their grave !!!

I'll be respectful.

*no comment whatsoever*
DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

Hahahha!

NYK: Sacramento aint trading Ron Artest and Mike Bibby for just cap room. We cant get Kobe for just Crawford and Zach. Nice scenario though.

I think the flaws in the idea are this:

New York gets the best player while the Kings and Lakers get players who don't really help them on the court any more than the players that they have nor in any potential rebuild sense given contract lengths.

They won't win with what you've given them and it also holds back any realistic flexibility for them.

What is in it for Sacramento? Also, I love Zach but we got him for nothing last year. I wouldn't undervalue a healthy Brad Miller either. He is the kind of guy that plays on a championship team.

You know have a bad trade when even a Playstation game would reject it.

Incredible thought of trade giving up a washed up vet, a chucker who's a career 40%fg shooter, and a black hole for Kobe and Artest plus a role player.
