all of the sources said that van gundy will probably be offered a deal to coach the cavs. but he turned down the sixers because he was concerned about handling iverson. well, i think ricky davis is more of a head case than iverson. plus the sixers are closer to a championship than the cavs of course. it is puzzling. i guess he is impressed with lebron.

Ricky Davis may be a head case, but he is NOT the team superstar, which means if he does not conform, he is gone! JVG will get his team to conform and would trade Davis for SPree, in order to get his type of player on the court. JVG will get use the young core and also get some of his type of vets to lead them.

If it happens, watch out for Cleveland...

25 million for five years according to Vescey. That's a lot of clams for a guy as horrible as you say he is, Playa.

The Czar must be thinking, I'm twice as smart as this guy and yet I'm relegated to spending another season sipping cappucino's with Marv Albert on TNT.

I say get rid of Ricky Davis, use Wagner as trade bait to get a good young post player and watch Miles and Lebron lead this team. Those 2 together are going to be fun to watch.. I already renewed my Satellite NBA league pass subscription... Again I will be spending time surfing the channels to see good basketball because lord knows there is none in NY!!

Parker, Wagner, Lebron, Battier and Ilgausksas......Miles, Davis, Mihm, Diop and Jermain Jones off the bench! Add in Michasl Stewart as a backup PF!

Why wouldn't JVg take this job? the talent is there, now they need to just play D and play together. I will bet JVG will trade a young guy to get a vet PF who can do the dirty work for James and Ilgauskas. A Mihm and a Davis could get him a Brand....imagine that!

That would be the perfect fit Bobby, Ewing and Vandummy in Washington coaching for the Wizards, Mutt and Jeff, hekyle and Jekyle. Boy that would be the ultimate fit for ABE POLIN. ROFL.

Word on da street gundy is the last coach wanted rofl. Brown is in Detroit first team he has gone to with a winning record. Silas gets to coach and groom MR HYPE LEBRON JAMES. Dunleavy will be in Houston. All lil jeff can get is the wizards or the hawks . Boy this is so funny, he went from #1 coachung prospect to last place louie, how could he be that good and can't fit in with the better teams?

Thats a good deal for him the rockets have young talent that is furture along than Cleveland and he will basically get a decent veteran team. I don't think he would have made an impact with Cleveland with his coaching style. I think he is more fitted for Houston because they have decent veterans along with youth.
